• Gallery Registration: Name and email address.
• Downloads: Email address and a record of the specific images downloaded.
• Purchases: Name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, and payment metadata (card type, last four digits, cardholder name).
• AI Chatbot Interactions: The text of your inquiries and any personal details you voluntarily share during a chat session to provide automated assistance.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected via cookies and basic analytics.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your data to:

• Deliver your photos, respond to inquiries, and process transactions.
• Marketing: If you register for a gallery, download an image, or opt-in via a form, I may add your email to my Brevo list to send you updates and promotions. You may opt-out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in any email.
• Analytics: To understand website traffic and which galleries are popular.
• Security: To prevent fraud and unauthorized access to galleries.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

I share your information with the following "sub-processors" to run my business:

• Cloudflare: My website hosting and content delivery network (CDN).
• Pixieset: They facilitate private client gallery access and photo data storage.
• Web3Forms: Processes and routes the contact forms submitted on my main website.
• Anthropic: Provides the AI model (Claude) that powers the site's automated assistant. Anthropic handles your inputs in accordance to their privacy policy.
• Stripe: My payment processor for galleries. I do not store your full credit card details on my servers; all payment data is encrypted by Stripe.
• Brevo: My email marketing and newsletter provider.
• Google Analytics: For website traffic analysis.

4. Cookies and Tracking

I use cookies to improve your experience. This includes:

• Essential Cookies: For site security and login persistence.
• Analytics Cookies: To track visitor behavior.

Management: You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features (like client gallery downloads) may stop working.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data I have on you.
• Deletion: Request that I delete your personal information.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

I use commercially acceptable security through my partners (Cloudflare, Pixieset, Stripe, Anthropic) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
